Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We do not offer exchanges, but would be more than happy to accept returns for unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To manually request a return simply contact us or email with the subject: RETURN REQUEST and we will respond with return instructions within 24-48 hours. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Store Credit Only 

Due to the nature of our business (most 'collection' pieces are made-to-order), we do not offer cash refunds, but will happily provide store credit that does not expire and can be used to purchase anything on our website.

Shipping + Processing 

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Processing on most items takes about 7-10 business days + 2-3 days for priority shipping. If you have questions regarding whether or not your package will reach you by a specific date, please contact us
