We do not offer exchanges, but would be more than happy to accept returns for unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To manually request a return simply contact us or email email@example.com with the subject: RETURN REQUEST and we will respond with return instructions within 24-48 hours. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Store Credit Only
Due to the nature of our business (most 'collection' pieces are made-to-order), we do not offer cash refunds, but will happily provide store credit that does not expire and can be used to purchase anything on our website.
Shipping + Processing
We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Processing on most items takes about 7-10 business days + 2-3 days for priority shipping. If you have questions regarding whether or not your package will reach you by a specific date, please contact us.
